Spa La Casa Mudejar

• The use of facilities is at your own risk. It is vital to inform the recepcionist, before making your reservation, if you have high blood pressure, allergies, ailments, physical disabilities, … if you are pregnant or think you might be.  This information will allow us to offer the most appropriate alternative treatment for your needs. It is forbidden to swim in the pool to any person with an infectious disease transmitted through water or surface.
• We try to promote an atmosphere of tranquility and harmony to maintain the welfare of our guests, so please silence.
• The use of cameras, video camera, radio or phones is not allowed.
• Smoking, the entry of food, any kind of drink or glass objects is not allowed.
• You are in a serious risk if you use the spa facilities under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• It is recommended to arrive 10 minutes in advance. As a courtesy to other clients will not be granted more time to late arrivals than is already established and the charge will be implemented for all the Contracted Treatment.
• It is not allowed to enter in the SPA with street shoes and clothes.
• You must take a shower before using any facility.
• SPA facilities circuit have a therapeutic use,  do not use bath products please.
• There are lockers available to the client (do not leave any objects inside the locker room).
• For hygiene, is mandatory to use towel or bathrobe on banks thermae, sauna or heated benches. Free towels and bathrobes will be provided at entrance to Spa or your room (in case of staying) and they must be returned in the same place where they were provided.
• All towels and bathrobes are controlled and numbered. If you decide to appropriate a towel or bathrobe the amount of 20 € will be charged to your account or credit card. Towels and bathrobes are on sale at the Spa reception.
• It is mandatory to wear water hat.
• It is mandatory to use flipflops.
• The hotel management and the Spa not responsible for the loss of any items in the Center facilities except those delivered and declared for safekeeping in our safes located in the Hotel reception.
• Access to under 16 is restricted to certain times.
• The center reserves the right of admission.
• Center staff monitors compliance with the rules and will eject They will eject who does not meet it if is necessary.
• Any citation must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Citations canceled with less than 24 hours before the time of the reservation will be charged in full and/or discounted of the bound or coupon.
